Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations and information of fifth-wheel-friendly caravan sites and/or descriptions of fifth-wheel-friendly caravan sites available from Platinum Pitches correspond to the actual products and/or services, Platinum Pitches is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions.​

We and Our employees, distributors, licensors and representatives cannot be made liable for our content, whether by contract, tort (including and without limitation negligence) or other act or omission, regardless of whether such act or omission is direct, indirect, consequential or specific. The exclusions set forth in this section apply even if the loss or harm suffered by you was or should have been foreseen by us and/or you informed us of the risk that you suffered the loss or harm.

Nothing in these General Terms of Use shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other type of liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law, or otherwise affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. All pricing information on the website is correct at the time of going online. Platinum Pitches reserves the right to change prices and alter or remove any special offers from time to time and as necessary.  All pricing information is reviewed and updated every 30 days.​

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that all graphical representations of products and/or descriptions of fifth wheel friendly caravan sites and/or descriptions of fifth wheel friendly caravan sites available from Platinum Pitches correspond to the actual products and/or services, Platinum Pitches is not responsible for any variations from these descriptions.​

8. The locations and information given from sites which are listed on Platinum Pitches may change, Platinum Pitches rely on sites to keep us up to date with all relevant information. This information given to you which may be inaccurate is through no responsibility of our own. However, Platinum Pitches will make sure it is of their utmost importance to keep this important information up to date regularly to give you the best experience with using the Platinum Pitches website.

9. Platinum Pitches is not responsible for keeping fifth-wheel-friendly site listings up to date, if there are any information changes on behalf of the caravan sites, it is up to the sites themselves to keep Platinum Pitches informed of these changes, it is no responsibility of our own.

10. ​Subscription access starts as soon as the customer purchases a membership. Platinum Pitches do not 'reset' the access timing if a customer member request sign-up is delayed on their part etc. It is up to the customer to manage their own subscriptions for their memberships.

11. Members of sites with a subscription are able to access all areas of the site, it is only when a payment has been successful that a subscription has been made, once this subscription is successful, then full access is granted for the use of Platinum Pitches website across all areas.

12. Subscription payments for both yearly recurring membership and monthly recurring memberships may take 2 – 3 business days to process, so please be patient. Once this payment has gone through at the set frequency, you will be able to gain full access.

13. Please be aware there are no refunds.

14. If you wish to cancel your membership, please log into your account. All memberships are self-managed, and it is your responsibility to cancel. Once cancelled, you will lose access to the Platinum Pitches website, and no additional charges will be incurred.
